1. Service Description

Ahmedabad Appliance Care provides on-demand doorstep diagnostics, servicing, and repair services for domestic household appliances, including Air Conditioners (AC), Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, Kitchen Chimneys, and Water Geysers.

2. Diagnostic Fees and Quotes

A nominal diagnostic/visiting fee of ₹150 is charged for dispatching a technician to examine your appliance. This diagnostic charge is fully adjusted/waived if you approve the repair work quote provided by our technician. Upfront estimates will be provided prior to starting the service.

3. Service Warranty Policy

We offer a standard 30-day warranty on labor/service and up to a 90-day warranty on replaced manufacturer spare parts. This warranty is only applicable to the specific fault repaired during the original booking. Any new faults arising after the technician visit will be treated as separate service calls.

4. Replaced Spare Parts

We use 100% genuine factory-original or high-grade replacement spare parts. Replaced faulty parts become the property of the repair hub unless the customer requests to keep them. We are not responsible for the lifespan of old, corroded, or non-repaired elements within the appliance.

5. Payments and Invoicing

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the doorstep repair service. We accept digital UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI) and cash. Digital or paper service sheets will be issued to confirm your 30-day warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take utmost care when performing services inside your home. However, we are not liable for pre-existing system damage, aesthetic degradation of old appliance casings, or accidental failures of sensitive components during testing (e.g. corroded pipes breaking under pressure).

7. Customer Responsibility

The customer must ensure that a responsible adult is present during the doorstep visit and that the appliance is clean and accessible to the technician. The technician has the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe.
